The Recupera LTC Gasification Technology transforms end-of-life plastics into clean hydrogen and syngas through a thermo-catalytic multi-stage process. Unlike traditional incineration, this closed-loop system achieves high yields without harmful emissions. The process accepts mixed, colored, and unclean plastics (excluding halogenated types), which are shredded, dried, and pulverized before gasification. Operating at normal pressure, the system produces 99% syngas, rich in hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Hydrogen is separated using Pressure Swing Adsorption, yielding a pure, versatile product suitable for energy storage, fuel, and industrial applications. This innovation turns plastic waste into a sustainable energy resource while reducing environmental impact.
