HE Access to Finance is a stream of meetings that brings together participants of three projects from the territory of North Adriatic: NAHV, NACHIP and NASCHA and related stakeholders.

The aim of the initiative is to engage with all stakeholders and strengthen cooperation among them. The initiative connects project partners, SMEs, public institutions, research organisations, and other interested stakeholders, creating opportunities for collaboration and joint development across Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy and other neighbouring countries.

A key objective of HE Access to Finance is to facilitate the creation of value chains for hydrogen, including partners in them, and promote public and private funding initiatives and financing opportunities, particularly through cascade funding provided by NACHIP and NASCHA and other EU co-funded instruments.
