About
“Redefining hydrogen storage through smart, traceable, and data-driven composite vessels — built in the EU for a sustainable future.”
Each vessel is equipped with:
- Embedded optical fiber sensors to monitor structural integrity in real time;
- IoT-enabled valves that allow for digital tracking, lifecycle management, and green-hydrogen certification;
- Machine-learning algorithms that optimize production efficiency and predict future demand.
This combination of smart manufacturing and data-driven monitoring creates a new standard of safety, transparency, and performance in hydrogen logistics — from transport and storage to mobility and industrial applications.
By establishing a dedicated production center in Samobor, Croatia, and a future testing and certification laboratory, Patria Composite strengthens the European hydrogen value chain with locally produced, EU-certified vessels that support the clean-energy transition and interregional innovation objectives of the North Adriatic Hydrogen Ecosystem (NACHIP/NASCHA) initiative.

Partnership opportunities
Patria Composite is seeking partners across the hydrogen value chain who can contribute to the validation, integration, and scaling of our smart hydrogen vessel technology.
We are particularly interested in:
- System integrators and OEMs developing hydrogen-powered mobility or stationary storage solutions;
- Testing and certification bodies for vessel validation and compliance with EU standards;
- Industrial and public end-users (transport operators, municipalities, or energy companies) ready to pilot or adopt hydrogen storage systems;
- Investors and manufacturing partners supporting scale-up and commercialization within the EU.
